Off-Campus Housing

UTSA is happy to provide a resource center for UTSA students, faculty, and staff who are seeking a place to live in the San Antonio area. The Office of Housing and Residence Life and the Office of Student Life provide materials to help people make informed decisions about available housing options.

 

The Office of Housing and Residence Life is located in the City Center at Laurel Village @ UTSA. The front office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The telephone number is (210) 458-6200. Services available to UTSA students, faculty and staff include:

The Office of Student Life is located in the University Center 2.02.18. The office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The telephone number is (210) 458-4720. Services available to UTSA students, faculty and staff include:

• Off-Campus Housing brochures; listings of available houses, apartments, and rooms in homes available for rent; and a list of fellow students searching for roommates.

UTSA has not inspected off-campus accommodations as a condition for listing or the accuracy of the information provided by the apartments listed, and does not assume any liability in connection with these premises, potential roommates, and/or landlords, and will be unable to participate as a party to any disputes. This information is provided solely for the convenience of UTSA’s students, staff and faculty interested in housing near campus.
