Andrea is responsible for all of the business and human resource  functions for Housing and Residence Life including reconciling expense accounts, maintaining budget, paying bills, ensuring compliance with all UTSA policies and procedures, providing financial reports, paying invoices, and more.
 
Andrea graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelors of business administration degree and has spent her career in the accounting and financial analysis field in corporate American. Past positions include Fraud Investigator for a mortgage bank, Accounting Manager for a mortgage bank, and positions with Ford Motor Company and CVS/Caremark.  She is currently also attending UTSA as a student with the intent of obtaining either an MBA or a Masters in Accounting and sitting for the CPA exam.
 
Andrea is a transplant from the Midwest and does not miss the winters at all.
