Annual Enrollment 2017

Annual Enrollment ended at 11:59 CDT on July 31.

Although Annual Enrollment is officially over, you still have the ability to view your current and future benefits through MyUTBenefits. Please note important dates below:

  • Review your confirmation statement, if you made any changes;
  • Deadline for submitting Evidence of Insurability (EOI) forms for Voluntary Group Term Life insurance and Short and Long Term Disability insurance - August 15, 2017; 
  • Deadline for submitting Proof of Dependent Relationship documents – August 15, 2017; and,
  • Effective date for coverage elected and approved during Annual Enrollment - September 1, 2017.

Some changes effective Sept. 1, 2017:

  • Dependent children up to the age of 26 will remain eligible for medical, however, they will be eligible to enroll in voluntary insurance plans such as dental & vision. Re-enroll your dependent children into the voluntary plans.
  • UT Select Medial plan added a new UT Health Network Tier. View enrollment guide for more details.
  • UT Flex Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) annual maximum increased to $2,600. Must re-enroll into UT Flex every year.
