Summary

 

·  Function:   To provide professional skills in project planning, prioritization and reporting.

 

·  Scope:      Responsible for providing planning and support to ensure the success of projects in the Business Affairs Unit.

 

Duties

 

·  Typical:

1.      Works closely with Business Affairs management team to coordinate the project planning and prioritization process.  Implements a standardized project reporting platform.

2.      Coordinates the collection, tracking, analysis, and reporting of key project data.

3.      Provides support, as needed, for project teams.  Responsibilities may include training on standardized project management processes.

4.      Ensures key management stakeholders are regularly apprised of key indicators, including resource utilization, milestone performance, and overall project status.

5.      Responsible for the Survey of Operational Excellence (SOE) Coordination and Vice President Business Affairs surveys (including Business Affairs customer service evaluations).

6.      Works with senior management to develop, implement and monitor Business Affairs branding initiatives.

7.      Performs additional duties as assigned.

 

Education

 

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution.

Master’s degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution.

Proven track record producing written communications and formal reports/presentations for senior management.
