Our Mission Statement


The Employee Relations Office is dedicated to the enhancement of a quality and efficient work environment within the University community by promoting positive communication between employees, managers and supervisors, addressing root causes of work place distractions and advising the campus on employee relations matters, administrative processes and policies.

The Employee Relations Office is dedicated to serve the University community by providing fair and equitable services in accordance with University policies and procedures and State/Federal laws and guidelines.
