HRMS (Human Resource Mangement System) is a project that is focused on the re-design and re-engineering of the DEFINE based employee appointment process.

Phase I of HRMS will be implemented on Monday, November 3, 2008. In anticipation of this implementation, there are certain DEFINE related deadlines contained in Part I of this message.
