| Course Description | Participants in this course will learn how to use the Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Task functions of Microsoft Outlook 2003. Participants will learn how to create and send email messages, and they will also learn how to archive messages for their records. Particular emphasis will be placed on maintaining an email account, including keeping the mailbox size below the storage limit. Participants will also learn how to set appointments and meetings in the Outlook calendar. Participants are encouraged to bring a Flash drive or CD to the class for saving their work.
