| Course Description | Spam, unwanted email, can bog down your email account. In addition, spam messages are a common tool for online scams. Participants in this course will learn how to identify spam, and they will learn strategies to minimize the amount of spam received in their inbox. Participants will also learn how to distinguish between a scam and a legitimate email. Participants are encouraged to bring a Flash drive or CD to the class for saving their work.
