                Advanced Email Features
Course Description In this workshop, participants will utilize the more advance email features of Microsoft Outlook. Participants will learn how to resend and recall sent messages, and they will set expiration dates and delivery dates for email messages. Participants will be exposed to ways they can secure their email messages, including encryption and digital signatures. Participants will
establish priority and sensitivity levels for an email message, and they will learn how to flag a message for follow-up action. In addition, participants will determine the true sender of a email received in the Inbox. Participants will learn about the three formats for sending email messages?plain text, rich text, and html?and they will learn how to change the format for a
message. In addition, participants will learn how to send read and delivery receipts for email messages. Finally, participants will send an email with voting buttons, and they will track the responses of the voters.
