| Course Description | In this workshop, participants will learn how to schedule the three types of
Outlook calendar entries?appointments, events, and meetings. Participants
will learn the difference between one-time and recurring events, and they
will learn how to schedule both types. Participants will find the best time to schedule a meeting with others, and they will learn how to track if another person will be attending the meeting. In addition, participants will send a meeting request to another person who does not have access to the Outlook program. Participants will create a group consisting of other users who will be attending the same events, and they will learn how to schedule a meeting with the group members. After receiving a meeting request, participants will learn how to respond to a meeting request. The participants will practice proposing an alternative time for a meeting organized by another Outlook user. |
