| Course Description | The UC Events Managers invite all event sponsors (faculty, staff and student organizations) to attend this training session on planning and scheduling events on campus. Topics will include: checking space availability, scheduling space and technology, catering, parking and completing appropriate forms. This workshop will also cover the area of joint sponsoring events with departments and outside entitles to ensure University compliance. Whether you are a new or experienced event sponsor, join us for one of these interactive sessions. |
