| Course Description | Part of the Administrative Support Toolbox Series. This class is designed to provide an overview of UTSA financial processing, i.e. Accounting, Disbursements, Budget, Grant Management, Payroll, Travel, Fiscal Services, Budget, Purchasing and Inventory. Topics will include review of financial processing organizational structure; department functions and process flow for major financial transaction relative to administrative support responsibilities. |
