| Course Description | Supervisor's guide to basic and advanced skills to use when confronted with disruptive people. This will include learning to integrate these skills with your supervisory duties when the "disruptive person" is a staff member or co-worker in another office. You will be provided with safety procedures and a quick reference card. Discussions will include information on police involvement and procedures. |
