| Course Description | This course provides supervisors an opportunity to sharpen their supervisory skills by addressing sensitive issues in a case study format. Participants will have the opportunity to analyze and discuss these critical issues with a group of their peers. This session will address how supervisors use motivation, communication and delegation to positively motivate others to take on additional / new taskings. |
