| Course Description | This course briefly reviews the concepts of Situational Leadership and uses case studies to expose participants to varied circumstances and conditions where they can analyze and apply Situational Leadership theories. The majority of the course involves active participation and interaction with other group members in order to gain expertise, insight and properly identify developmental levels and leadership styles. |
