Important EID Activation

An employee must activate their EID with a proper password in order to access personal information (W-2 information, earnings statements, employee biographical information) as well as access to DEFINE and enrolling through TXCLASS for training.

EID Activation classes are offered to all employees (full and part-time including faculty, administrative, classified, and hourly). During the class, employees will receive training on the activation process, password selection and desktop customization. A photo id must be presented during the class so that proper credentials are validated.

Classes are available for the Summer 2008 semester. To enroll in an EID class, contact HR Training and Development at ext. 4658 or DEFINE Services at ext. 4346, 4343, or 4556.
