Publications review
Each UTSA department is responsible for seeing that its print materials meet the standards set forth in this Web site so that all UTSA publications convey a consistent image of the university. However, UTSA's University Marketing also is responsible for reviewing all printed materials-both internal and external-to ensure compliance with the university's visual identity standards.
When preparing to print any type of publication, call University Marketing or submit an online request for review at https://ucommsupport.utsa.edu/support/ to arrange to have the publication reviewed before it is printed. Be sure to leave room in your production and printing schedule to have the publication reviewed by University Marketing to make any necessary changes.
University Marketing requires three working days to review short pieces, such as postcards, posters and flyers. Longer pieces, such as brochures, programs or newsletters require five working days. You will be notified in advance if more time is required to review your publication.
