NOTE: The annual certification will be administered by the Office of Institutional Compliance. Administrators/managers will be notified by e-mail when they need to complete the electronic certification. The MAT is NOT the certification; it is simply a tool to assist you with the certification process and can be used as a reference any time you wish to assess your department/area.
