OIT Color Scheme / Typeface

Useable Color Scheme

An OIT color scheme has been developed in accordance with UTSA Identity Guidelines. These colors have been approved for use in print and electronic media. Each color is represented by a six character pantone color code, or a three digit PMS color code. These character codes insure that the color scheme will be consistent no mater the medium it’s presented on. Please DO NOT attempt to approximate colors (such as with the eye drop tool in Adobe Photoshop ®). This action will produce unwanted results such as color fade, blending, etc. Other colors may be approved for use in official internal and external OIT communications, but use must first be approved by Customer Relations & Communications in the Office of Information Technology.

Useable Typefaces

UTSA’s official typeface family is Stone Serif and Stone Sans, which are not readily available typefaces or fonts. UTSA’s other official typeface (headers, UTSA logo, titles) is Futura Condensed, also not a standard font supplied with most computers. Please DO NOT attempt to approximate these typeface styles or fonts, instead contact Customer Relations & Communications in the Office of Information Technology for an adequate alternative solution to using these fonts.

Other acceptable font families that are usable for all communication types are:
