TECHNOLOGY MAINTENANCE

Please be aware that UTS will be conducting mandatory maintenance on Banner and Banner-related systems this weekend.

On Friday, March 22, beginning at 5 p.m. and lasting until 7 p.m., users may experience intermittent service interruptions accessing ASAP (Classic), myUTSA Account (Modern), and Banner Admin while necessary patching takes place.

To offer the best possible service, we must regularly update and perform necessary maintenance on UTSA systems and networks. Some of these maintenance activities require that affected services be shut down or sustain intermittent service interruptions. While this work is essential, we also recognize that it may present an inconvenience to our users. We thank you for your patience as we work to provide a better user experience with technology services.
