About Webmail

About Webmail

Working from outside your office has never been easier. UTSA faculty and staff can access their UTSA e-mail account via the Internet by logging into Webmail.

Webmail may be used with any browser, but accessing Webmail using Internet Explorer will give you more options.

Please note that student e-mail is not available through Webmail. Access student e-mail (myUTSAmail) at my.utsa.edu.

Log In To Webmail

  1. Go to the Webmail page at http://email.utsa.edu.

  2. Click on the Web E-mail section.
  3. Enter your MyUTSA ID (abc123) and password.
  4. Select from two security options:
    • Public or shared computer: Use this option if you are using a public computer to access Webmail. Also this option will log you off after 15 minutes of inactivity for security purposes.
    • Private Computer: By selecting this option, you acknowledge that the computer you are using complies with UTSA’s security policies. This option will not log you off automatically.
  5. Click Log On.
