About myUTSA Apps
What is myUTSA Apps?
myUTSA Apps is a website that allows students to use popular software programs via any Internet-connected device - including smart phones, iPads, laptops and desktop computers.
A small software application (a "plug-in") must be installed on the user's computer to allow access to the application and to set up printers and files. The user will be directed to install the plug-in when connecting to myUTSA Apps for the first time.
After logging in, the user is presented with a list of available applications. Once launched, the software within myUTSA Apps will look like it is installed on a user’s computer. However, the software is not installed on the user's computer - it is actually installed on a server.
