New Voicemail Setup Procedure

Complete this procedure after voicemail has been activated on your extension.

  1. Dial 4977 from your office telephone and use this temporary password to get in: 8675309
  2. The system will ask you to say your name, create an outgoing message and change the password.

NOTE: The new password can be between 3 and 8 digits long.  It can’t be consecutive numbers like 123 or double digits like 225 or your phone number.  Once you put in your password, the system will ask a few more questions that need to be answered before you hang up the phone.
