The use of WebCT as an Internet based instructional tool has grown dramatically in recent years. This year over 1325 courses will have some web-based instructional components. There are over 22,180 registered UTSA students accessing course information asynchronously via WebCT @ UTSA.

WebCT provides a secured location where faculty can place course materials, such as the class syllabus, assignments, lectures, quizzes, test, and presentations. WebCT has built-in communication tools to facilitate interaction between faculty and students, such as a bulletin board, chat room, email, and calendar.

We now have a WebCT associate for each university college. Our associates can aid you in creating and managing your webCT course along with answering any other questions about WebCt.
