Welcome to AirRowdy
Usage PolicyUse of the campus wireless network is governed by the UTSA Information Resources Use and Security Policy. By connecting to this network, you agree to abide by university policies regarding appropriate computer usage. For more information, read the complete policy. About AirRowdyAs a general rule, traffic on wireless networks, including AirRowdy, is not encrypted. This means that there is a risk of having your session "sniffed" during transmission. If you plan on entering sensitive information (passwords, credit card numbers) on a website, ensure that the site is SSL-encrypted - the URL should start with https (not http) and you should see a "lock" icon in your browser's status bar. AirRowdy Guest AccessGuest wireless network access is provided free of charge only for those who do not have a myUTSA ID (abc123). Guest wireless network access is limited only to Web-based applications. Most UTSA Internet services are not accessible to guest wireless network users except for access to www.utsa.edu. (links on www.utsa.edu.edu may refer to other UTSA Web services that are not available by this network) How to ConnectUTSA students are required to use the "AirRowdy_Student" SSID.
