We have two campus locations-one on the Main Campus in the John Peace Library (JPL), Room 1.01.04 and one at the Downtown Campus in the Frio Street building, Room 1.500.

Over the Phone

Have a question about Admissions, Financial Aid or an issue with registration? Need help with resetting your passphrase? Call us! Our local phone number is 210-458-8000 and toll free number is 1-800-669-0919.

Email

Sometimes the easiest way to get your question answered if you don't need an immediate response is by email. Feel free to email us at onestop@utsa.edu. Typically you will receive a response within three business days. Emails need to be sent from the email account you have designated as preferred in ASAP in order to get an account-specific response.

Appointment

Do you have a more complex issue that One Stop can help with? If so, make an appointment with a counselor. You'll meet in a more private setting for 20 minutes when you create an appointment.

Ask Rowdy

Ask Rowdy is a comprehensive FAQ database that you can access at anytime for answers to your questions.

Social Media

Want to stay up-to-date on important enrollment information or have a quick or general question? Best way to get that information is through our social media channels.
