Transfer Students (30 or more hours accepted to UTSA)	Orientation Fee $55
Rescheduling Fee - after deadline	$25 per each date change
Rowdy Ties (Optional Family Orientation)	$45 per person, children under age 5 are free

Reschedule Fee
If you need to reschedule your Roundup session after the reservation deadline a

$25 Reschedule Fee will be added directly to your tuition and fees bill. Please plan your requests carefully. Changes can be made only if time and availability permit. Rescheduling your Roundup after the reservation deadline may result in you not getting the class schedule you want. All rescheduling questions after the deadline must be directed to Orientation and Transition Services at (210) 458-4724. Important, a Reschedule Fee will be incurred every time you make a change after the reservation deadline.

No Show and/or Cancellation Fee
Students, family members or guests that “No-Show” for an orientation program without canceling their on-line orientation reservation or following the appropriate steps to reschedule their Roundup program are subject to the “No-Show” fee (the fee amount may vary for each student). The total amount will be added to the student’s tuition and fees bill.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds of any Roundup fees if cancellations are made after the reservation deadline, or if a student, family member, or guest “No-Shows” to the program. If a freshman, freshman transfer or transfer student decides not to attend UTSA he/she must follow the appropriate steps in order not to incur any of the Roadrunner Roundup fees.

In order to cancel their Roadrunner Roundup reservation, a student must go to the on-line orientation reservation system and cancel all their reservations prior to the program deadline. All students should retain a copy the cancellation for their records.
