Last fall 2007 Orientation
Due to the overwhelming response to all Fall 2007 orientation sessions, you may have been unable to find an open seat for orientation at either the 1604 and/or Downtown campus. In an effort to provide you with an opportunity to fulfill your orientation requirement and register for classes, Orientation and Transition Services will post the Last Fall 2007 Orientation Program on the Orientation Reservation System by Monday, August 13, 2007. On this date, all new students accepted for admission to UTSA for Fall 2007 that have not attended a new student orientation program, Roadrunner Roundup, can make their reservation for an on-line orientation program. The fee for the on-line orientation program will be $55 and will be added to your final tuition and fee bill for Fall 2007.
Here is how it works:
Step I
Log into the Orientation Reservation System on August 13, 2007 and make your reservation for on-line orientation.
Step II
Print out your confirmation letter for the on-line orientation.
Step III
Review all the information in your confirmation letter including the section entitled, REQUIRED items to complete PRIOR to registering for and/or attending fall classes.
Step IV
Link from the orientation reservation system to the on-line orientation website; at the site log in and complete the orientation program.
Step V
Once all the modules are successfully completed you will be able to print out a confirmation of completion for your orientation records. Orientation and Transition Services will remove your Orientation Hold removed within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm).
Step VI
Provided that you don’t have any other University Holds on your account you can either go on-line and register for Fall 2007 classes yourself or make an appointment with either the Tomas Rivera Center for Student Success at (210) 458-4694 or the Colleges' Freshman Advising Center at (210) 458-5170.
While you are waiting for this last session to be posted, we encourage you to review the Required Checklist section of our website and complete all items prior to completing your orientation experience. You can also continue to monitor the Orientation Reservation System for any available seats and make an earlier reservation to attend, if there is availability.
