Step 13

A $50 orientation pre-payment is REQUIRED of all students attending a freshman/freshman transfer fall orientation program.  This pre-payment MUST be paid in full in order to confirm your orientation reservation.  Students have the option to pay online within the orientation reservation system by e-check or credit card.  When payment is made online a student’s orientation reservation is confirmed immediately.  The student can then print out their orientation confirmation letter.

If a student is unable to pay online-NO ORIENTATION RESERVATION WILL BE MADE.

Students must then make their $50 pre-payment in person to Fiscal Services at either the 1604 or Downtown Campus.  Once the payment is received the student can go back online and make their orientation reservation and it will be confirmed immediately. For more information about in person payments contact orientation at (210)458-4724.

Step 14

Confirm your selection.

Print your confirmation and orientation parking permit. This is the only confirmation that you will receive of your Roundup program reservation. Please remember to bring both the confirmation and parking permit with you on the day of your Roadrunner Roundup.

**important note**

Changes to your Roadrunner Roundup reservation can be made if done so prior to the reservation deadline and that time and space permit. A student can not register for more than one program at a time. You must release your space in a program before you will be allowed to register for another program.

Each time a change is made to your reservation you will receive a new confirmation detailing the changes. It is strongly suggested that you keep all confirmations for your records.
The system will not allow you to make any changes after the reservation deadline. If you need to make changes after the reservation deadline you will be assessed a reschedule fee and/or a cancellation fee. For more information about fees see the Fee section of the website.
