roundup reservations - transfer students
As a new transfer student at UTSA you are strongly encouraged to attend the earliest Roadrunner Roundup possible for the best selection of classes. All students will register. Reservations for your Transfer Roundup can only be submitted online via the UTSA Automated Student Access Program.
Please note that some special populations and majors have designated program dates and locations. Roundup reservations can only be made through the online system. No reservations will be accepted by phone, email, fax, in-person or onsite.
The reservation process is quick and easy and best of all you will receive immediate confirmation of your selections. Students will be able to register themselves and their family members for an orientation program.
Each orientation program has a limited number of spaces which are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Changes to your Transfer Roundup reservation can be made if done so prior to the reservation deadline and only if time and space permit. A student can not make a reservation for more than one program at a time. You must release your reservation in a program before you will be allowed to make a new reservation for another program date.
Each time a change is made to your reservation you will receive a new confirmation detailing the changes. It is strongly suggested that you keep all confirmations for your records.
The system will not allow you to make any changes after the reservation deadline. If you need to make changes after the reservation deadline you must contact the Office of Orientation & Transition Services at 458-4724. Changes made after the deadline are subject to administrative fees. For more information about fees please visit the fee section of the website.
