New Student Camps | Roadrunner Camp Cancellation Policy
Deadline to cancel : August 1, 2016
Cancellation requests must be made by the student in writing online (using the cancellation form). No cancellations will be taken by phone. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the Office of Orientation and Family Programs by the posted deadline in order to cancel and receive a refund for Roadrunner Camp. There will be NO refunds issued after this cancellation date.
All Roadrunner Camp fees are charged to their student account.
Wait List Students Notified by: August 3, 2016
If all camp spaces are filled, wait list forms will continue to be accepted until the reservation deadline. Students will be automatically placed on the camp “wait list” and will be emailed their wait list status. Once the cancellation deadline passes, we will update as many students' status as possible and will automatically change student’s status to "confirmed" and their student accounts will be billed. The students will be notified of their confirmed status by email.
There are NO refunds for wait list confirmed students. Therefore, students who receive a wait list confirmation are advised not to make any alternate plans prior to the Roadrunner Camp date. It is the student’s responsibility to contact The Office of Orientation and Family Programs (in writing and by phone) and remove their name from the wait list prior to the cancellation deadline in order to avoid Roadrunner Camp fees charged to their student account.
