UTSA Families

UTSA's Office of Orientation and Family Programs provides a number of unique opportunities to help connect students and their families to the UTSA campus community.

Family Orientation

If you are a family member or guest of a new student attending UTSA New Student Orientation, your student has the opportunity to sign you up for Family Orientation. Family Orientation is a separate experience and offers presentations by various faculty and staff designed to introduce families to UTSA resources. Find out more about Family Orientation within the Family Orientation tab listed below.

Family Association

UTSA's Family Association aims to provide communication between the University and family members of our students in order to increase student success, facilitate positive University relations, and promote a suitable role for family members within the University community. Valuing the role families play in the lives of students, UTSA officially formed the Family Association in 2004. The Association assists new families in getting acclimated to UTSA. Find out more about the UTSA Family Association within the Family Association tab listed below.
