Family members attending a Rowdy Ties Family Orientation program at the 1604 campus can stay on campus at Laurel Village apartment style university housing for a two night experience.  Each guest who chooses this option will have dinner provided to them for two nights.  This is an optional experience and fees are in addition to the Rowdy Ties Family Orientation fee that will be incurred by making a reservation to attend the program. Families are limited to 4 guests in Laurel Village.  The chart below indicates costs associated with the optional residential experience.

included with your rowdy ties residential experience - 1604 campus

• Two nights stay in Laurel Village  housing. Each paid family member will be assigned a room in the same student tailored suite.

• Two evening meals per guest.

• Linen service (sheets, blanket, and pillow).

• Convenient accommodations all within walking distance of Rowdy Ties program sessions and activities at the 1604 campus. 

• Shuttle service during select times of the Rowdy Ties Orientation at the 1604 campus.

• Guests with overnight accomodations can check-in at the main lobby of Laurel Village, during their check-in for Rowdy Ties Orientation.

• The Rowdy Ties Residential Experience at the 1604 Campus is ONLY available for family members that attend the Rowdy Ties Orientation Program.

• Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Family members must reserve their space in advance; reservations will not be taken by phone, email, fax or on-site. Family members must register for the Rowdy Ties residencial experience using the student orientation reservation system.

• Telephone and televisions service are not provided in the rooms.    

• Laurel Village is an alcohol free housing complex.
