Family members attending a Rowdy Ties Family Orientation program at the Downtown campus are encouraged to take part in a residential experience as well.  Guests can make a reservation to stay on the 1604 campus at the Laurel Village apartment style housing complex for a two night stay. The Residential experience is optional and all fees are in addition to the Rowdy Ties Family Orientation fee that will be incurred by making a reservation to attend the program. Families are limited to 4 guests in Laurel Village. The chart below indicates costs associated with the optional residential experience  for family and guests.

Two nights stay in the Laurel Village housing. Each paid family member will be assigned a room in the same student tailored suite.

• Two evening meals per guest.

• Linen service (sheets, blanket, and pillow).

• Convenient accommodations within walking distance of the 1604 campus.  Family members must provide their own transportation to the Downtown campus.

• Guests with overnight accomodations can check-in at the main lobby of Laurel Village.

• The Rowdy Ties residential experience is ONLY available for family members that attend the Rowdy Ties Orientation Program.

• Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Family members must reserve their space in advance; reservations will not be taken by phone, email, fax or on-site. Family members must register for the Rowdy Ties residential experience using the student orientation reservation system.

• Telephone service and television service are not provided in the rooms. 

• Laurel Village is a alcohol free housing complex.
