Roadrunner Camp Cost
RESERVATION
Space for the camp is limited and will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Interested students must complete the online reservation form. NO reservations will be accepted by phone, mail, or in person at any time.
***Please remember that all reservation forms and scholarship applications must be received no later than July 28, 2008. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so submit your reservation form today!
CONFIRMATION
Due to the popularity of the camp and the limited number of camp spaces, reservations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
Once a reservation form is received and processed, a confirmation receipt will be emailed to the email address on the reservation form confirming the student’s secured space in the camp. You can also review the Roadrunner Camp roster to verify you are on the list
If you do not receive a confirmation email within one week after submitting your reservation form, please contact the Office of Orientation & Transition Services at (210) 458.4724.
FEES
Roadrunner Camp Fee: $125
The $125 Roadrunner Camp fee covers transportation to and from camp, lodging for one night, five meals, a camp T-shirt and all activities.
Camp fees will be billed directly to your Fall student tuition and fees bill. No advanced payment is needed nor will be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
It is the student’s responsibility to contact the Office of Orientation and Transition Services to cancel their registration for Roadrunner Camp prior to the cancellation deadline in order to avoid charges to their student account.
Refund requests must be made in writing and received by the office of Orientation & Transition Services no later than July 31, 2008. NO Refunds will be issued after this date.
There are NO Refunds for students who are confirmed for the Roadrunner wait list. Therefore, students who accept a wait list confirmation are advised not to make any alternate plans prior to the Roadrunner Camp date.
