Class “E” - Executive Permits

Eligibility: UTSA President, Provost and Vice-Presidents

Price: $660 for 12 months

Where: valid in the Executive spaces at the 1604 or DTC

Class ”E" permits may be used in Class “R," "A,” “B,” or unmarked spaces anytime.

Class “RG” - Reserved Garage Permits

Eligibility: UTSA Faculty and Staff

Price: $600 for 12 months

Where: valid in the Reserved spaces at the 1604 or DTC parking garages.

1604 South Garage permits may be used in the DTC Garage.

1604 North Garage permits may be used in the DTC Garage.
DTC Garage permits may be used in the 1604 North Garage .
Also Valid in Class “R," "A,” “B,” or unmarked spaces anytime.

Class “R” - Faculty/Staff “Reserved ” Surface Permit

Eligibility: UTSA Faculty and Staff

Price: $500 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking in the surface Reserved spaces at the 1604, Downtown, and ITC campuses.

Class ”R” permits may be used in Class “A,” “B,” or unmarked surface spaces anytime.

Class “AG” - Class “A” Garage Permits

Eligibility: UTSA Faculty and Staff

Price: $500 for 12 months

Where: valid in the Class “A” spaces at the 1604 North Campus garage or DTC garage.

Class ”AG” permits may be used in Class “A,” “B,” or unmarked spaces anytime.

Class “A” - Faculty/Staff “A” Surface Permit

Eligibility: UTSA Faculty and Staff

Price: $250 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking in the Class “A” surface spaces at the 1604, Downtown, and ITC campuses.

Class ”A” permits may be used in Class “B” or unmarked surface spaces anytime.

Class “B” - Faculty/Staff “B” Surface Permit

Eligibility: UTSA Faculty and Staff

Price: $125 for 12 months

Where: may be used in the Class “B” surface spaces at the 1604, Downtown, or ITC campuses and any unmarked surface spaces.

Class ”B” permits may be used in Faculty/Staff Class “A” spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and all day on weekends.

Class “G” - Commuter North/DTC Garage Permits

Eligibility: UTSA commuter students

Price: $300 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking in the unmarked spaces at the 1604 North Campus garage, DTC parking garage, or unmarked surface spaces

Valid in Faculty /Staff Class “B” spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends.

Class “SG” - Commuter Student South Garage Permits

Eligibility: UTSA commuter students (Permits will only be made available if not sold out at the Fac/Staff Reserved Level)

Price: $500 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking in the 1604 South Campus garage or the DTC parking garage or unmarked surface spaces

Valid in Faculty /Staff Class “B” spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends.

Class “C” - Commuter Student Surface Permits

Eligibility: UTSA students

Price: $80 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking in the unmarked or orange surface spaces on the 1604 or DTC campuses.

Valid in Faculty /Staff Class “B” spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends.

Not valid for parking-up to other locations at anytime.

Class “GN” - Night Runner Commuter Student Permits

Eligibility: UTSA commuter students

Price: $120 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking in the unmarked garage spaces at the 1604 North or DTC parking garages from 4:30 pm to 6 am only

Valid in unmarked (Class “C”) spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends. May NOT be used for parking in the Faculty/Staff “B” spaces at anytime.

Class “CG” - Commuter Student Flex Permits

Eligibility: UTSA commuter students

Price: $160 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking anytime in the unmarked spaces at the 1604 or DTC campuses from 4:30 pm to 6 am only at the 1604 North Garage or the DTC Garage

Valid in General Student (Class “C”) or Faculty/Staff Class “B” spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends .

Class “H” - Resident Student Permits

Eligibility: UTSA students with a valid Housing application

Price: $130 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking in those lots or spaces near the residence halls designated as "Resident", the University Oaks, or in the General Student spaces at the downtown campus

Valid in General Student (Class “C”) or Faculty/Staff Class “B” spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends

Class “W” - Fitness Parking Permit

Eligibility: Unaffiliated spouses of UTSA Faculty, Staff or Students with Rec memberships

Price: $50 for 12 months

Where: valid in the unmarked spaces in Lot 5 by the Rec/Wellness Center, and only while using the Rec Center.

Class “N” - Alumni Parking Permit

Eligibility: UTSA Graduates
provided they are not registered students or employees

of the university

Price: $25 for 12 months

Where: valid for parking in unmarked surface spaces on the 1604 and DTC

campuses only when visiting, attending events, or

conducting business on UTSA property.

Not valid for parking-up to other locations at anytime.

Class “T” - Contractor/Vendor Parking Permit

Eligibility: vendors, contractors, and others as determined by
Parking & Transportation Services

Price: The price on a Temporary parking permit varies and is dependent on the length of time and location for which it is issued.

Where: The Class TP Contactor/Vendor Parking Permit is valid in the space type denoted on the permit face. 

Not valid for parking-up to other locations at anytime.

Class “M” – Motorcycle Parking Permit

Eligibility: UTSA Faculty, Staff or Student

Price: $42 for 12 months or $20 with the purchase of a vehicle permit

Where: valid for parking in those spaces denoted for motorcycle
parking

Class “AS” – Departmental Class"A" Daily Visitor Permit

Eligibility: UTSA Departments

Price: $2 each (sold in packs of 5 permits) paid solely with Departmental funds through an IDT

Where: valid for parking in the class "A" spaces at the 1604 or Downtown Campuses

Class “BS” – Fac/Staff"B" Daily Permit

Eligibility: UTSA Faculty and Staff

Price: $2 each (sold in packs of 5 permits)

Where: valid for parking in the class "B" spaces at the 1604 or Downtown Campuses

Valid in Class “A” surface spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends or Commuter surface spaces anytime.

Class “SS” – Commuter Student Daily Surface Permit

Eligibility: UTSA students not living in University Housing

Price: $2 each (sold in packs of 5 permits)

Where: valid for parking in the unmarked or orange surface spaces on the 1604 or DTC campuses

Valid in Class “B” surface spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends.

Class “HS” – Resident Housing Student Daily Permit

Eligibility: UTSA students with a valid UTSA Housing application

Price: $2 each (sold in packs of 5 permits)

Where: valid for parking in those spaces near the residence halls marked with blue, the University Oaks, or in the Commuter Student (unmarked) spaces at the downtown campus

Valid in Commuter Student (unmarked) and Faculty/Staff Class “B” spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays and anytime on weekends.
