Getting a semester pass is as easy as possible. UTSA college students can go to one of the Fiscal Services offices to purchase the VIA Semester Pass.  Don't forget to bring your UTSA photo ID.

Billing for Unpaid Citations
Parking and Transportation Services periodically bills customers with unpaid parking citations .  These bills are sent as a courtesy to remind customers of their obligation to settle their accounts, and to act as an additional deterrent to future improper parking.  Fewer parking violators will result in more parking availability for all of our parking permit customers.
