Executive parking spaces are accessible with a Class E EXECUTIVE Parking Permit.  These permits are exclusive to the President and Vice-Presidents of UTSA.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $610, and executive parking is available at all three campuses of UTSA.

Faculty/Staff Reserved Garage Parking spaces are accessible with a green, Class RG Faculty/Staff Reserved Garage Parking Permit. They may be purchased at an annual fee of $550, and Faculty/Staff Reserved garage spaces are available at 1604 and DTC campuses of UTSA. The PG Permit is valid in the Reserved spaces at the 1604 or DTC parking garages or any surface parking space, except Executive spaces.

Faculty/Staff Reserved Parking spaces are accessible with a green, Class R Faculty/Staff Reserved Parking Permit.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $445, and Class R permits are valid in the Class R surface spaces, and the Class A, B, or Commuter Student surface parking spaces.

Faculty/Staff A Garage Parking spaces are accessible with a silver, Class AG Faculty/Staff A Garage Parking Permit.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $445, and Class AG permits are available at the 1604 and DTC UTSA Campuses. Class AG permits are valid in the the Class A garage spaces, as well as the Class A, B, or Commuter Student surface parking spaces.

Faculty & Staff A Parking spaces are accessible with a silver, Class A Faculty/Staff Parking Permit.  These permits are exclusive to Faculty & Staff of UTSA and may be used at the 1604 and DTC UTSA Campuses.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $245, and are valid for parking at the in Class A, B, or Commuter Student surface spaces.

Faculty & Staff B Parking spaces are accessible with a yellow, Class B Faculty/Staff Parking Permit.  These permits are exclusive to Faculty & Staff of UTSA and may be used at the 1604 and DTC UTSA Campuses.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $125, and are valid in the Class B and Commuter Student surface spaces.

Commuter Garage Parking spaces are accessible with an orange, Class S Commuter Garage Parking Permit.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $260, and are available at the 1604 and DTC UTSA Campuses. The Class S permit is valid for parking in the unmarked spaces at the 1604 or DTC parking garages or Commuter Student surface spaces.

Commuter Surface spaces are accessible with an orange, Class C Commuter Surface Parking Permit.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $120, and are available at the 1604and DTC UTSA Campuses. The Class C permit is valid for parking in the unmarked spaces at the 1604 or DTC Commuter Student surface spaces.

The Twilight Permit is for evening parking in the Commuter Surface spaces.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $60 and are available at the 1604 and DTC UTSA Campuses. The Class CN permit is valid for parking in the unmarked spaces at the 1604 or DTC Commuter surface spaces from 4:30 pm to 6 am only.

The Night Runner Permit is valid for parking in the unmarked spaces in the 1604 or DTC Parking Garages from 4:30 pm to 6 am only.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $120, and are available at the 1604 and DTC UTSA Campuses. The Class CE permit is valid for parking in the unmarked spaces at the 1604 or DTC parking garages from 4:30 pm to 6 am only.

The Flex Parking Permit spaces are accessible with an Class CG Flex Parking Permit.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $180 and are available at the 1604 and DTC UTSA Campuses. The Class CG permit is valid for parking anytime in the unmarked spaces at the 1604 or DTC Commuter Student surface spaces and from 4:30 pm to 6 am only in the the 1604 or DTC parking Garages .

Resident parking spaces are accessible with a blue, Class H Resident Parking Permit.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $170, and are valid for parking in those lots and spaces designated as Resident Parking, including the University Oaks, or in the Commuter Surface spaces at the Downtown Campus only.

Remote parking spaces in Lot 13 on the 1604 Campus are accessible with a violet UTSA Remote Parking Permit. They may be purchased at an annual fee of $75. Any member of the faculty/staff or any registered or auditing student of UTSA is eligible. It allows parking in Lot 13 for a reduced fee. Class K permits are valid in General and Faculty/Staff B parking areas from 4:30 pm to 6 am weekdays, and all day on weekends. Note: Class K permits may park in commuter surface parking areas any time Lot 13 is closed or the shuttle bus does not operate, which includes holidays and intersession periods.

Alumni Parking spaces are accessible with an orange, Class N Alumni Parking Permit.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $20 and available to Alumni members registered with the Alumni Association provided they are not registered students or employees of the university.  Alumni parking permits are valid in Commuter Surface parking areas only when visiting, attending events, or conducting business on UTSA property.

Temporary parking permits are available for vendors, contractors, and others as determined by Parking and Transportation Services. The Class TP Contactor/Vendor Parking Permit is valid in the space type denoted on the permit face.  The price on a Temporary parking permit varies and is dependent on the length of time and location for which it is issued.

Motorcycle Parking spaces are accessible with a , Class M Motorcycle Parking Decal.  They may be purchased at an annual fee of $42 ($20 if purchased with a vehicle permit) and available at all campuses of UTSA.
