Emergency Check Request: Used to request an emergency check (off-cycle payroll check) for an eligible employee.

Employee Time Sheet - Exempt Employees: One Month: Used to record hours worked and benefit hours used by exempt employees who are paid on a monthly basis.

Payroll Voucher: Used to pay Occasional Employees or special payments (i.e. Awards).

Request for Overtime Authorization: Used by departments to obtain overtime authorization for their department.

Retiree Premiums Bank Debit Payment Authorization: Used by UTSA retirees to enroll in a bank debit service to automatically pay for out of pocket insurance premiums.

Termination Payroll Voucher: Used to pay Vacation, Floating Holiday and other types of hours due to termination of benefits eligible position.
