Payroll Online Services

Payroll Online Services are provided through UT Direct for your benefit and convenience.   You have the ability to select Electronic Statements, view & print your past Earnings Statements & W-2s, change your Home Address, Direct Deposit, and more.

You must have an active UT EID- High Assurance status and password to access this secured website. If you do not have one, you may obtain one by attending AM 540-Activate Your EID for All Employees class.  Class listings are available through Human Resources Training & Development webpage.

• Direct Deposit: A safe and secure way to receive your paycheck. Start or stop direct deposit to your bank account.

• Earnings Statement: View current and past Earning Statements. Earning Statements are stored up to five (5) years.

• My Home Address: View or change your home (permanent) address.

• Paperless Earnings Statement: Elect Paperless Earning Statements: employees are notified via email when payroll has been completed. It is the fastest way to view your paycheck. Employee must be enrolled in Direct Deposit.

• Verification of Employment: Access income or agency verification.

• W-2 Wage & Tax Statement: When available, you may view and/or print your current W2 online. W2s for prior tax years (beginning with the 2008 tax year) are also available online at any time.

• W-4 Federal Withholding: View or change your Federal Income Tax withholding selection.
