Retiree & Surviving Dependent Insurance

Effective September 1st 2013, the UTSA Payroll Management Services Office no longer manages the insurance billing process for our UTSA retirees.  This service transfer includes receiving insurance payments in person, by mail, or processing bank drafts.  UTSA Payroll Office will accept insurance payments for retirees to August 30, 2013.

The UT System Office of Employee Benefits (OEB) is responsible for billing and processing retiree insurance premiums.  OEB partnered with seven UT institutions to create “UT Benefits Billing,” and their knowledgeable staff will continue to accurately assist you with your billing needs. OEB is now the primary contact in the paying of all retiree insurance payments.
