Payment Options:
Option 1. Direct Bank Account Debit
Retirees are eligible to enroll in bank debits to pay for their out of pocket premiums. Debits for premiums will occur monthly as indicated above for the premium due for that month.
EXAMPLE: A $600 quarterly premium will result in a debit of $200 per month.
The bank debit service is offered free of charge and is more reliable than online bill payment services. To enroll, you must complete the Retiree Premiums Bank Debit Payment Authorization form and submit to the UTSA Payroll Office. See the Instructions form for assistance in completing this form.
Option 2. Mail payments to:
University of Texas at San Antonio |
If submitting a payment via check or money order:
-
Make item payable to The University of Texas at San Antonio
-
Include your UT EID (located on the Retiree Insurance Bill, next to your name)
-
Write Retiree Insurance on your check or money order to ensure proper credit.
