2. When will I receive my card?

Once the ProCard application has been received and processed by the ProCard Compliance Office, the applicant will be notified by the Procard Office, typically within 5 to 10 working days. The applicant must attend Procard Compliance Guideline (AM 535) training prior to receiving a Procard.

9. What happens if my Procard transaction is denied by a vendor?

Contact the Procard Compliance Office to request an approval of the purchase.
If the item is not over the limit or restricted it may be possible for the Procard
Administrator to approve the purchase with Chase Bank

10. What happens if I lose my Procard?

Cardholders are required to immediately report a lost or stolen Procard to the Bank toll-free at 1-800-890-0669. The Cardholder must also immediately notify the Reviewer/Approver about the lost or stolen card at the first opportunity during normal business hours.
