Compliance Office, typically it will take 5 to 10 working days for you to receive
your card.

What happens if my Procard transaction is denied by a vendor?

Contact the Procard Compliance Office to request an approval of the purchase.
If the item is not over the limit or restricted it may be possible for the Procard
Administrator to approve the purchase with Chase Bank

What happens if I lose my Procard?

Cardholders are required to immediately report a lost or stolen Procard to the Bank toll-free
at 1-800-890-0669. The Cardholder must also immediately notify the Reviewer/Approver
about the lost or stolen card at the first opportunity during normal business hours.
