Every two years UTSA is required to recertify its Records Retention Schedule by the State Auditor's Office and the Texas State Library and Archives Commission. This year the Purchasing and Distribution Services Department made major revisions to the schedule to reflect the types of records generated by the University.
In order to obtain input from the entire campus, during the next two weeks the proposed records retention schedule will be posted at www.pds.edu/records/forms/RecordsRetention2007-shared.xls. Please review the schedule for your area and forward suggested changes, additions and/or modifications to Darren.Cato@utsa.edu by 5 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2007.
