Charter Bus Service

The Univeristy of Texas at San Antonio has contracted with the following companies for Shuttle Bus services.

UTSA Contract: 31101170
Contract Term: Dec. 16, 2010 to Aug. 31, 2011 (with 3, 1 year options to extend)

Step 1 - Contact the Charter Bus company below for pricing. Ensure the UTSA contract number is inlcuded on all quotes.
Step 2 - If the total price is below $5K, complete a PBO. Please include the following language in the Remarks section of the PO:

Step 3 - If the total price exceed $5K, complete a PB4 and submit all quotes to the department designated Buyer. A PO will be processed by purchasing and subitted to the vendor upon completion.
