General Information

The U.T. System Supply Chain Alliance has a contracted with W.W. Grainger Inc. for maintenance, repair, operational supplies, and related services. This contract offers a master core list of 750 items, price match services, free shipping, drop ship delivery, and free returns.

UTSA staff and faculty can also place orders through the Burgoon Company, a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) authorized to resell and distribute W.W. Grainger products.

  (A) If orders are under or equal to $5,000.00, then generate a small dollar purchase order to the reseller. Include in the "Remarks" section of the purchase order the quote number, UT System Supply Chain Alliance contract number, and UT System Supply Chain Alliance contract terms.
