Facility Reservation Procedure
1. Complete appropriate reservation form (Registered Student Organization or Facility Reservation Request). Please print legibly.
2. Submit a form to the Campus Rec Administrative Office between 8am-5pm, Mon.-Fri.
3. A confirmation of receipt will be emailed within 2 business days of receipt to the email provided on the form.

If space is confirmed, a setup discussion or meting/conversation will be scheduled with the Associate Director of Operations to review all issues regarding parking, facility access, AV equipment, food, liability/insurance waivers, marketing, breakdown of space etc., at at least 10 days prior to the event if possible.
5.
All applicable fee's must be paid or payment arrangement must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to event.
