Get up, get moving, and get fit with over 65 (FREE) classes per week to choose from. With options like Zumba®, Indoor Cycling, Synergy360, Yoga, CORE, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Cardio Grooves and more, you're sure to find plenty of ways to stay active and have fun.

Schedule & Descriptions

    *NOTE*
  • Class entrance is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a class reaches capacity, then no-one else will allowed to enter
  • At the beginning of each semester, we ask that you obtain a CLASS PASS to assure you a spot in class.
    • The CLASS PASS can be picked up 30 minutes prior to the start of class
    • The CLASS PASS table is located near the Orange Studio
    • You can only pick up a pass for you. (No saving a pass for friends)
    • Please give your pass to the instructor as you enter the studio
  • Please fill ou the participation log of every class you attend
  • The Rowdy Studio is only available during scheduled classes or by use of a personal trainer and their client
