Spring Schedule - Downtown Info - Class Descriptions

Group Exercise at UTSA is a fun and FREE program! Instructor-led classes, including kickboxing, dance, abs, martial arts, cycle and yoga, provide encouraging and effective workouts. Classes consist of a warm-up segment, workout, and cool-down with a stretch. Take the guesswork and planning out of your workout or break through an exercise rut by trying a class today!

    *NOTE*
  • In order to participate in selected Group Exercise classes, you must pick up this number as early as 30 minutes prior to the start of the class.
  • Numbers can be picked up outside the studio door where the class will be located.
  • Numbers are color coordinated and are specific to each class, be sure to pick up the specified color for the class you will attend.
  • A fitness employee will collect your number at the beginning of the class. Do not misplace this number; it is your ticket to enter the class.
  • Numbers are a first come, first serve!
  • A complete list of Group Exercise classes including classes that require numbers to participate is located online at www.utsa.edu/recreation under Fitness & Wellness.
  • *Attention: Please note the classes marked with * require a number pass which can be picked up at the studio door. Passes may be picked up 30 minutes prior to class.
  • No classes 9/3-9/5, 11/23-11/27
