UTSA Campus Recreation's Personal Training Program offers you certified personal trainers who can design a comprehensive exercise program specifically for you. By assessing your fitness goals, our trainers can create a personalized workout plan, teach you hot to properly perform resistance and cardiovascular training exercises and keep you motivated. Whether you are new to fitness, training for a marathon or just need to step up your current workout regime, our trainers can help. How do I sign up for a personal trainer?
Fill out the Personal Training Registration Packet.Print it out and bring to the Membership Services Desk at Campus Recreation. You will pay for your personal training package of choice when you submit your forms.
What is the difference between Share-A-Trainer and Small Group Training?
Share-A-Trainer is you and your friend, and it must be the same two (2) people getting trained for the length of the package of sessions purchased. Small Group Training is four (4) to six (6) friends all training together at a reduced rate per person.
