Patrons must wear securely fastened closed toe athletic shoes with a non-marking rubber sole at all times. Boots are not permitted.

Patrons must wear non-abrasive athletic pants or shorts without zippers or buttons (e.g. jeans are not permitted). Shorts/pants must be worn at the waist..

Patrons must checkout a towel prior to working out.

To assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary facility, please use the towels and spray bottles provided to wipe down equipment after use.

Discarded personal items, such as backpacks, skateboards, purses, clothing, and basketballs, are to be stored in a locker.

Food is not permitted. Only beverages in a re-sealable container are allowed.

Please do not obstruct walkways with workout equipment.

Safety collars/clips are required for all barbell lifts.

Please do not rearrange workout equipment.

Please re-rack weights to their respective rack after use.

For the prevention of injury to yourself or others, and/or damage to floor or equipment, weights may not be dropped or thrown.

Only bumper plates are allowed to be used on the power lifting platform.

Olympic lifts are to be completed on the platform only.

Recording devices, such as cameras, are prohibited.

Personal Training may only be conducted by Campus Recreation staff.

To avoid injury, please utilize exercise machines and equipment for its intended use.

To ensure a clean environment, as well as avoiding potential respiratory ailments to others, chalk is not permitted in the facility.

Only authorized Campus Recreation staff members are allowed to operate the stereo, clock, phone, video, and TV.

Workout equipment is not to be placed within 5 feet of fire exits or extinguishers.
- Place all belongings (bags, keys, towels and water bottles) in a designated storage area in the studio.

- For cycling classes, you are REQUIRED to have a towel and a water bottle. All classes REQUIRE a towel that can be checked out from the Membership Services Desk.
- Entry to classes is on a first come, first served basis. Each studio has a maximum capacity, which varies depending on class format, to provide the safest environment possible. Once the maximum number of participants has entered the class, the class will then be closed.
- Participants may enter a class until 10 minutes after start time. After ten minutes or the end of the warm-up period, the class is closed to prevent injuries.
- Campus Recreation reserves the right to adjust the schedule when necessary.
- Please take all classes at your own pace and work at your own level.
- If you are in the studio at the time of a class, you must be participating in that class.
- Ensure that all your equipment is cleaned and put in the proper place before leaving the class.
- After class make sure you collect all of your belongings and leave the studio as you found it.
- Failure to comply with Campus Recreation policies may result in a loss of Campus Recreation privileges.
