ALL students will go to the Campus Recreation Center on the 1604 Campus to participate in the Fall Convocation from 10am - 11:30am.
Immediately following the Fall Convocation ceremony, any student with a declared major in the College of Architecture and the College of Public Policy will load onto chartered buses parked in front of the Convocation Center across the street from the Campus Recreation Center. Because these two colleges are housed at the Downtown Campus, the buses will take students to the Downtown Campus for their College Orientations and Lunch with key faculty and staff members from 12noon - 1:30pm.
At approximately 1:30pm, students will load onto the chartered buses and travel back to the 1604 Campus with an approximate arrival time of 2:00pm in front of the Convocation Center. Students may attend one of the two Cultural Connection receptions offered that afternoon at the 1604 Campus in the University Center (please go back to schedule for details) or they may depart for the day.
